They work on my 20+ yr old vehicle. Accurate in quoting, friendly, good quality work. Even takes time to describe findings. Although may find other issues then original request never pressures you to fix and let's you know if it's a non-critical items. Small shop but have excellent techs so may take a little longer to address and be a bit higher in price on some things than a large shop but they make you feel valued there.

Fixed the A/C on my Kia Cadenza. I made an appointment one day ahead, dropped off my car on a Friday morning, and it was done Friday afternoon. The charge was very fair and so far below a dealership gouge, I could not believe it. Excellent shop, polite people, and great service.

This is where we bring our cars when we have car troubles. They check our car out, let us know what?s wrong, and give us a price. When we are ready to have the problem repaired, we drop car off and they do it in a timely manner. Staff is friendly too.

I found Hagen?s on my neighborhood FB page. I usually take my car to the dealership, but their prices were so high and I felt like they were in a hurry when I had questions, but didn?t have a problem charging me and I decided to try someone else. In doing my search Hagen?s was recommended by several people and I decided to try them. They were very patient with me and answered all of my questions and the work was done to my satisfaction at s much lower price then the dealership quoted. I will definitely be back!

Hagen's Automotive is the most professional and honest shop I've used in Houston. They recently saved me $800 by alerting me to a misdiagnosis given by another local shop, and directed me to a dealer for a warranty repair. I will use ONLY Hagen's in the future. Great job guys!

I originally took my SUV to a another local car repair place and they misdiagnosed a very costly A/C problem. I then decided to get another estimate from Hagen's Aotomotive in which I spoke to Joey. I explained the other shops findings and they looked at the A/C system and dicovered a totally different problem in which was about a third of the cost of the estimate of what the other shop quoted me for something that wasn't even the problem to begin with. So that would have been wasted money for nothing. Cudos to Joey and Gordon and the guys at Hagen's. I highly recommend this place.

My KIA Optima Hybrid broke down on the way to work mid-September due to a faulty head gasket. The dealership refused operation. I had the car towed to a local shop in Katy using my temporary AAA membership, of which the 10% discount was applied up to $50 limit. Cinco Car Care did not repair my vehicle. Hagen's Auto took over and handled the now-more-complicated procedure over the course of 2 months. Lindsay was patient and kind as I negotiated public school teaching schedules and transportation. After Thanksgiving break, the mechanics stayed after hours on they day my vehicle was promised to ensure that it was truly ready to go. It was expensive, as expected, but I'm thankful to Hagen's Auto for helping me get through a time in which I most certainly should have gotten early teacher-burnout.

This is a family-owned shop that you can trust! The staff are extremely friendly (Joey and Gordon) and very helpful. The only drawback is that the diagnostic fee ($100) is not credited towards the repair.

they told me I had oil in my master cylinder . told me hold system needed redone at a cost of 1889.44. . took it to another shop and all it needed was a brake flush.
Our response: good day sir, you are not a customer in my system. we may have given you a quote as to what would need to be done if the brake flush did not fix it. It was a worse case scenario, based on the information provided at the time.

This shop did not fix my vehicle. They also did not refund the money spent on a repair that was not correlated to the problem. I did give them a chance to fix the problem, but they couldn't. I suggest you not use this shop as they don't stand by their work
