We have options that can accommodate you in getting your vehicle repaired during the pandemic.
Dropbox: Our drop box gives you the option to drop off your key without having to come into the shop or interact with others. Following your service, we will make arrangements for you to come back and get it.
Communication and Payment: Whether we need to communicate with you about the status of your vehicle, or you need to pay for your service, everything can be done over the phone. There’s no need for you to wait in the lobby until your repairs are complete.
If you become sick, please visit our shop at a future date, stay home and seek advice from your health care provider.
At Hagen's Automotive we understand that it is hard for customers to find an honest repair facility where the first vehicle inspection you get will be the only one you need. At Hagen’s Automotive we do not thrive on being the cheapest automotive repair shop in town, but we do pride ourselves on customer service, and an honest diagnosis. You can come in and schedule a 30-point inspection free of charge.
We currently offer the TECHNET Nationwide Warranty; this warranty provides all customers with 24 months and 24,000 miles of worry free protection on all parts/labor. Wherever you may travel, our warranty is honored at over 24,000 Pronto Protection Plus locations across the country.
There are many automotive repair shops in North Houston, but we hope that we can be the automotive repair facility for all your repair/maintenance needs.
